Home Impression Kits and finished mouthguards are dispatched by standard delivery (2–4 working days). If you require an expedited delivery service, please contact our Customer Care team on 07846 485654 or email us at powguard@gmail.com to discuss.

Returns

We hope you will be delighted with your mouthguard. However, in the rare event that there is an issue please do contact us and we will look to resolve any problem within 30 days of you receiving your mouthguard. If after speaking to us you would still like to return the mouthguard, this can be arranged.

Cancellation

If you decide to cancel an order that you have order within 24 hours, please call the shop on 07846 485654 to inform us whether you would like a refund or exchange. Please ensure you have an order number to hand. Refunds will be credited to your account within 10 working days.
